  • Bringing together all procurement transactions at company branches and sites spread throughout Indonesia into one digital platform.

  • Fully integrated with SAP for PR, PO, Payment and goods tracking processes.

  • Optimization of transaction flow in several features.

  • Added an e-catalog feature for PR (Purchase Request) creation.

  • Introduced an online bidding feature for registered vendors.

  • Make it easier for vendors to register, validate and manage product catalogs.

The key stakeholders involved included users from the PIN division, branch-level users, internal business partners, and external vendors who actively used the application.
