Background Story
PT United Tractors has been running UTVI, an employee innovation platform, for years. It serves as a space for employees to share ideas and contribute to the company’s growth. However, employees often struggle to find information, ask questions, or brainstorm ideas efficiently. Helpdesk support can be slow, making the innovation process less dynamic.
To solve this, we developed VION, an AI-powered chatbot that replaces the helpdesk and enhances innovation support. VION enables employees to ask questions, access resources, and brainstorm ideas instantly. It also provides AI-driven recommendations based on past innovation trends. With VION, UTVI becomes more interactive,
collaborative, and efficient in fostering employee-driven innovation.

The visual design phase focused on creating wireframes, UI components, and interaction flows to ensure a seamless user experience. After integrating it into UTVI’s system, we rigorously tested its functionality before launching. Post-launch, we continuously monitored user interactions and refined VION based on feedback to enhance performance and engagement.
